District Manager

District Manager Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire multiple restaurant teams to create a fun, welcoming, and inclusive culture
- Build a guest-focused hospitality mindset where every customer feels like family
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence across all assigned locations
- Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing General Managers and leadership teams
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and brand standards
- Analyze financial performance, including P&L statements, labor costs, and inventory controls
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance improvement plans
- Implement strategic initiatives to improve guest satisfaction, team engagement, and retention
- Maintain consistent communication and accountability across all restaurants
District Manager Qualifications
- 2+ years of multi-unit leadership experience as a District Manager / Area Manager overseeing 5+ locations
- Proven ability to build strong teams and a positive performance culture
- Strong knowledge of restaurant financials, budgeting, and Profit & Loss management
- Current Food Safety / Sanitation Certification
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, operational efficiency, and team development
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel regularly between restaurant locations
