Qualifications:

• Strong desire to work with students in an urban setting
• Ability to work effectively with teachers, support staff, and parents and advocate for children in order to effectively problem solve
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills and ability to work with all stakeholders
• May be eligible for a long term sub position with a minimum of 48 college/university credits
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Substitute Teacher Aides starting salary is $24.89 per hour. Additional credits will be adjusted pending verification of additional credits.
