This contract opportunity is ideal for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) holding the CCC credential who are passionate about helping young learners develop essential communication skills. Flexible placement options are available across select schools, allowing for some customization in your weekly schedule.

Opportunities include a dedicated preschool assignment, requiring coverage 4-5 days per week. This role includes one day focused on evaluations, with the remaining days supporting preschool classrooms. There is also an additional opening providing therapy services (no evaluation duties) across preschool and elementary settings—perfect for SLPs who enjoy working directly with students in a therapeutic capacity.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license and active CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
• Recent school-based experience or comparable pediatric therapy background preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Ability to adapt to new settings and provide support wherever needed
• Passion for helping children reach their communication potential

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to preschool and elementary students
• Conduct comprehensive SLP evaluations (one day per week in the preschool setting)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports
• Support students in building the communication skills essential for classroom learning
