Location: Collegeville, PA (Field-Based Role) | Pay Range: $85,000–$110,000+ (Base + Performance Incentives) | Full-Time

Position Summary:

 

We’re hiring a senior-level Residential HVAC Service Technician who can solve difficult problems, lead in the field, and operate without handholding.

 

This is a working leadership role — not a title.

 

You’ll take escalations, handle complex diagnostics, support developing technicians, and help set the standard for how work gets performed across the company.

 

Some technicians complete calls.

 

Senior technicians create trust, solve high-level problems consistently, and raise the standard around them.

What You’ll Do:

 

• Run complex service calls independently — diagnose, repair, and close

• Handle escalations and difficult field situations professionally

• Support and develop less experienced technicians in the field

• Maintain high standards across workmanship, communication, and customer experience

• Lead through preparation, professionalism, and execution

 

What You’ll Bring:

 

• 7+ years of residential HVAC service experience

• Advanced diagnostic ability across electrical, airflow, controls, and system performance

• Strong communication and field judgment under pressure

• Ability to lead, teach, and hold standards without drama or ego

• Ownership mindset — you solve problems instead of passing them

 

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

 

This is field work. Long days, ladders, rooftops, attics, crawlspaces, heavy equipment, and weather exposure are part of the job.

 

You’ll carry tools and materials, lift 50+ lbs, stay productive in difficult conditions, and continue performing when the call gets complicated or the day gets long.
