The Opportunity

Take the story of a dynamic CEO/Founder with an extraordinary range of content opportunities and turn it into a powerful digital brand with massive, highly engaged followings across social media platforms.

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Digital Brand Consultant to build and scale the personal brand of a CEO/Founder whose career spans entrepreneurship, hospitality, entertainment, marketing, and cultural storytelling.

With a wealth of existing content, compelling personal stories, and ongoing business ventures, the opportunity is to transform these experiences into a cohesive digital presence that attracts new audiences, builds meaningful engagement, and creates long-term brand value.

This is a hands-on consulting role for someone who knows how to turn a compelling entrepreneurial story into a recognizable brand and a growing digital audience.

This is a 1099 position and will support CEO, Sunda & Rockit Ranch Productions.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

• Develop a comprehensive digital brand strategy that brings the CEO/Founder’s entrepreneurial, entertainment, hospitality, and personal stories together under one recognizable identity.
• Identify compelling content pillars that appeal to audiences across business, food, culture, entertainment, and lifestyle.
• Establish a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and storytelling approach across all digital platforms.
• Identify opportunities to position the CEO/Founder as a thought leader, entrepreneur, and cultural storyteller.

Content Strategy & Execution

• Audit existing content, including interviews, television appearances, documentary footage, podcasts, speaking engagements, and social media assets.
• Transform existing long-form content into engaging short-form videos, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platform-specific content.
• Develop a strategic content calendar that maximizes the CEO/Founder’s existing content library and ongoing activities.
• Direct content capture opportunities around the CEO/Founder’s daily life, business ventures, travel, media appearances, and events.
• Collaborate with videographers, editors, designers, and other creative partners to produce high-performing content.

Audience Growth & Digital Engagement

• Develop and execute an aggressive organic growth strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Identify opportunities for viral content, strategic collaborations, cross-promotion, and audience expansion.
• Optimize content for each platform, including hooks, storytelling, captions, thumbnails, posting cadence, and distribution.
• Develop strategies to convert existing media exposure and professional networks into engaged digital audiences.
• Build an authentic community that connects with CEO/Founder’s personality, experiences, and businesses.

Performance & Optimization

• Establish baseline metrics and measurable growth targets.
• Track follower growth, engagement, reach, video views, audience retention, and conversions.
• Analyze content performance and continuously refine the strategy.
• Provide regular reporting with actionable insights and recommendations.

What We're Looking For

An experienced digital brand strategist who understands the intersection of personal branding, storytelling, content creation, and social media growth.

The ideal candidate has:

• Proven experience building and scaling personal brands for entrepreneurs, founders, executives, or public figures.
• A demonstrated track record of generating significant organic audience growth.
• Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn algorithms, trends, and content strategies.
• Strong storytelling instincts and the ability to identify compelling content opportunities within everyday experiences.
• Experience repurposing long-form video into engaging, high-performing short-form content.
• The ability to develop a clear strategy while also managing execution and holding creative teams accountable.
• A data-driven mindset with a strong understanding of social media analytics and audience development.
• An entrepreneurial approach, creative instincts, and the ability to move quickly.
