Mission Systems Software Test Lead

Salary: $177,650 - 240,350 per year Requirements:

• We require an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance, or one that has been active within the past 24 months.
• We require the ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs (SAP).
• We require a bachelors degree or equivalent.
• We require 5+ years of experience leading a software development project or team.
• We require 3+ years of experience designing and leading automated test system development efforts.
• We require 5+ years of experience in full lifecycle software development, modeling, simulation, testing, and/or analysis using C, C++, C#, Python, Java, Ada, and/or Linux.
• We require a U.S. Person for export control compliance.
• We do not sponsor employment visas for this role.

• We supervise the execution of large-scale automated testing solutions for advanced Mission Systems software.
• We lead a team of software verification engineers responsible for designing, developing, and completing automated test and verification software products that support quality, reliability, and functionality of avionics software.
• We ensure test products validate functionality, performance, and safety, while identifying and reporting defects, issues, and potential vulnerabilities discovered during testing, including formal qualification testing.
• We partner with key stakeholders to help shape system definition and review how system-level requirements are translated into software requirements and verification models with clear traceability to design, code, and test artifacts.
• We coordinate with subject matter experts, technical leads, and software leadership to align test team efforts with program objectives and timely delivery of testing solutions.
