What you will do Greet all guests in polite and professional manner Ensure guests receive 5-star service by being attentive and efficient during service Have a thorough knowledge of the specials of the day and be able to elegantly describe the ingredients, methods of preparation and flavors of each special Ascertain a guest's satisfaction and handle any problem, which may arise informing a manager of the problem and how it was resolved What we ask of you High energy, exceptional customer service and ability to work as a team Minimum of Three Years Finedining serving or bartending experience.
