Real Property Development and Management Firm, with 50 + year history of specializing in commercial retail and office development is seeking to hire an attorney with general business experience, for in-house counsel position. The position will involve transactional work in the following primary areas: real property leasing, and other areas of real property development, ownership, management, and operation. Other areas include land acquisition, construction, permanent financing, procurment of zoning, land use entitlements and permits, construction contracts, and contruction management.
