We are currently hiring licensed Physical Therapists for home-based cases in Hempstead, Farmingdale and Riverhead school districts in Long Island, New York. This role is outside of any clinic or office setting and is designed to supplement existing work, not replace it.
Position highlights:
District assigned caseload
Part-time (approximately 5–10 hours per week)
Flexible scheduling
Contract role (1099)
Competitive hourly compensation
No clinic productivity requirements
Many PTs find this type of work works well in addition to private practice, home care, or per-diem roles.
