- Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Support the management team in implementing company policies and procedures
- Manage and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
- Assist in inventory management and stock control
- Participate in staff scheduling and workforce management
- Help maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Contribute to cost control efforts and monitor expenses
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members
- Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key metrics
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions
- Proficiency in basic math and cash handling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy, including experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic financial management skills
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines

- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and processes
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the food service industry is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required)
