As our business grows, so must we.We have an immediate opening for an Injection Mold Technician1st shift Monday through FridayPay rate $22 - $24/DOQ6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.ResponsibilitiesManage conveyor lines to ensure continuous production of the correct product.Set up, start up, troubleshoot, and monitor injection molding machines.Make machine adjustments, including injection pressure and cycle time modifications, to ensure product quality and production efficiency.Troubleshoot molding and process-related issues.Inspect molded products for dimensional and surface defects.Support mold changes and ensure proper startup procedures.Record scrap and production data accurately in ERP systems.Remove finished product off of conveyor line and box.Maintain departmental safety and housekeeping standards in designated work areas.React positively to change andAble to work overtime as necessary.The essential duties and responsibilities of this job are included but not limited to this job description - other tasks may be assigned and expected to be performed.QualificationsPrior experience (2 years) injection molding experience and/or equivalent education, training, or job-related experience.Ability to communicate in English.Demonstrate effective team and interpersonal skills.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced production environment.Must be able to stand for full shift (8 to 10 hours).Able to lift and/or move 35 lbs. regularly.Attention to detail and focus on quality.Reliable attendance is a must.BenefitsCompetitive pay and time off - 80 hours vacation in your first year!Comprehensive Medical Plans - including Prescription Drug Coverage Dental and Vision Plans Tuition Reimbursement (for FT and PT team members)!Team Member Assistance Programs Retirement Plans with company match Basic Life Insurance and AD & DLong-term Disability coverage Referral Rewards Discounts programs and optional supplemental plans A business casual work environment andA company culture that is created on integrity, accountability, and respect.Certain state laws require the posting of the potential salary range for advertised jobs.
