Job Details Level: Management Job Location: Corporate - Morganton, NC 28655 Job Type: Full Time Education Level: Graduate Degree Job Shift: Day Job Category: Health Care Education & Experience Required Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, or a related field. Associate Licensed Professional (provisionally licensed). At least one (1) year of experience with the child mental health population. Duties & Responsibilities Supervise team members to ensure delivery of best and ethical practices services. Direct day‑to‑day team operations, including scheduling staff work hours to assure appropriate coverage. Provide individual therapy to clients served by the team. Complete assessments as needed, including but not limited to BPRS, DLA 20, and CANS. Upon referring individuals out of services, complete CCA addendums. Basic Requirements Ability to perform tasks on the computer, including Microsoft 360, Excel, Word and other basic programs. Valid driver’s license, auto insurance coverage and reliable transportation. Pass criminal background check and other regulatory checks. Provide proof of your education.
