Lawn Care Worker

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lawn Mowing Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining lawn mowing equipment to ensure high-quality lawn care services for residential and/or commercial properties. This role requires a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Operate lawn mowing equipment (e.g., push mowers, riding mowers, zero-turn mowers) efficiently and safely. Perform routine maintenance on equipment, such as blade sharpening, oil checks, and cleaning, to ensure optimal performance. Mow lawns according to specified patterns and client preferences, maintaining a neat and professional appearance. Identify and report any lawn issues (e.g., weeds, pests, or irrigation needs) to supervisors or clients. Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Assist with additional landscaping tasks as needed, such as trimming, edging, or debris removal. Requirements: Prior experience operating lawn mowing equipment preferred (training provided for the right candidate). Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to [50 lbs, or applicable weight]. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable). Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Bonus Skills (Optional): Knowledge of basic landscaping techniques.
