Warehouse Order Selector

Our client, a leading organization in food distribution, is seeking a Warehouse Order Selector to join their team. As a Warehouse Order Selector, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the logistics and distribution team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and a proactive work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Order Selector

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Pay Range: $18.5

Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to finish

What's the Job?

• Accurately select, stage, and prepare products for shipment in a fast-paced environment
• Follow warehouse management system (WMS) directed pick paths to ensure accuracy
• Label, stage, and transport products to the designated shipping area efficiently
• Stack pallets properly, securing them with shrink wrap to prevent damage
• Inspect products for damage, shortages, or quality issues and report concerns promptly

What's Needed?

• Prior experience operating a riding pallet jack required
• Ability to follow WMS instructions and work independently
• Physical ability to lift, move, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Steel-toe boots (above the ankle) required
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and productivity
