CVOR Nurse - Clifton, CO

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care in accordance with standards from the state Board of Nursing, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate service to all patients.
• Conduct ongoing assessments, develop and implement care plans, and continuously evaluate patient health status.
• Provide health education and counseling to patients and families, supporting their understanding and recovery.
• Administer supportive and restorative therapy and treatments, both directly and through collaboration with or supervision of other clinical professionals.
• Execute delegated medical functions and refer patients for further evaluation or treatment as necessary.
• Monitor and review therapy and treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation aligned with hospital and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize available resources efficiently to meet patient and departmental needs.
• Uphold the organization's mission, vision, values, and adhere to established standards of professional conduct and service behavior.
• Flexibility to float to other departments as needed and participate in on-call rotations during scheduled shifts.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license with current good standing as defined by the relevant state Board of Nursing.
• Demonstrated experience working in a CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) setting.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate across disciplines and support positive patient outcomes.
