Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

As a CNA you will provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff.This position can be full time or part-time or per diem.We are hiring for:7am-3pm3pm - 11pm11pm - 7amPay Rates:$18.13 - $24.13 per hour$19.94 - $26.54 per hour --> MaxPay Program - Inquire during interview for program details.Job Requirements:Current and valid CNA certification in the state of NJPrevious experience in long term care or healthcare preferredCompassion, resident-centered care approachStrong observation, communication and interpersonal skillsPhysical ability to assist residents with mobilityDependable, punctual and able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidaysJob Responsibilities may include:Provide direct professional care to residents, including assistant with activities of daily livingAssist residents with mobility, transfers, and exercise programsMeasure and record vital signs, weight, and other health indicatorsObserve residents' physical and emotional condition and report any concerns to supervisorsSupport residents' nutritional needs by assisting with meals, hydration and feeding as neededMaintain a safe and clean environment, including making beds and changing linensAssist with resident admissions, discharges and transfers while ensuring comfortDocument care provided accurately in medical records and chartsCommunicate effectively with residents, facilities and other team membersRespond promptly to resident call lights and urgent needsWhy Choose Riverside Health and Rehab?Become a part of a Team that enthusiastically supports, recognizes and rewards our team of caring professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for those entrusted to our care.
