PeopleSoft HCM Developer – Federal Government

Location: Arlington, VA

Contract: 6+ months

Clearance: Active Secret Clearance

Citizenship: U.S. Citizen required

We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Developer to support a major U.S. Federal Government programme.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing and supporting PeopleSoft HCM solutions across a range of core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain PeopleSoft HCM applications
• Design and develop solutions using PeopleCode and Application Engine
• Support Core HR, Benefits, Payroll and Time & Labor
• Develop integrations and enhancements within the PeopleSoft environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Work closely with functional teams, business stakeholders and project teams
• Participate in Agile / SAFe ceremonies and delivery activities
• Support testing, documentation and deployment activities

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of PeopleSoft development experience
• 3+ years supporting Federal Government HCM environments
• Strong PeopleCode experience
• Strong Application Engine experience
• Experience across PeopleSoft HCM modules
• Experience with integrations and custom development
• Agile / SAFe experience
• Active Secret Clearance
• U.S. Citizenship
