- Full-time position with a four-day work week
- Provide care across the lifespan (pediatrics through geriatrics, including complex chronic conditions)
- Shared call responsibilities for pediatric inpatients and long-term care residents
- Strong primary care referral network
- EMR: Cerner

- 24/7 physician-staffed emergency room

- Sign-on bonus: $25,000
- Relocation assistance: $10,000-$15,000 (negotiable based on location)

- PTO: Up to 6 weeks annually
- Extended illness bank
- CME: 40 hours annually plus $6,000 for travel/education
