Requisition Number : RESID001263 Posted : August 13, 2026 Full-Time On-site Locations Showing 1 location Whitney Place at Westborough 5 Lyman Street Westborough, MA 01581, USA Description Part-time resident engagement assistant needed at Whitney Place Work Performed: a) Encourage social communication among residents through group activities and recreation. b) Encourage parties, provide games and encourage residents to assist in the planning; e.g., making table decorations, wrapping gifts, planning party room, etc. c) Encourage trips outside the facility; e.g., shopping, scenic, etc. d) Encourage residents to participate in religious activities to fulfill their basic spiritual needs, through visits with chaplain, attendance at religious services whenever possible, spiritual reading material and others. e) Encourage intellectual/educational development through appropriate recreation. f) Visit for one-on-one personal contact. g) Other duties as directed by the Recreation Director and/or Program Manager.
