Join a Regional Float Pool as a Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients across multiple facilities. Key responsibilities Float between units such as Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU, providing high-quality patient care while collaborating with diverse care teams. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program, current RN licensure, with a minimum of one year (Med/Surg) or two years (specialties like ICU) recent bedside experience. Certifications required include BLS; ACLS for critical care. Skills and physical demands Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and work flexibly across various hospital settings.
