Restaurant General Manager
Location: Paterson, NJ
Salary: Up to $130,000

A high-volume, fast-paced restaurant group is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations at a flagship location in the Paterson market. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and can seamlessly balance full-service hospitality with QSR efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experience and service standards
Lead, develop, and hold accountable a large, multi-level team
Drive sales, profitability, and cost controls across labor, food, and inventory
Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and compliance
Execute systems and processes that support both dine-in and high-volume takeout business
Foster a strong team culture focused on consistency and performance

Qualifications:

5+ years of General Manager experience in high-volume full-service restaurants
Proven background in QSR or fast-casual operations is required
Demonstrated success managing $5M+ in annual revenue
Strong financial acumen and operational discipline
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to thrive under pressure
