About the Role:

Kuber Oregon LLC is looking for an energetic and skilled Bartender to join our team in Tualatin, OR! This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your craft behind the bar and create memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and flair
• Engage guests with friendly, attentive service to ensure a positive bar experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar station throughout each shift
• Accurately process drink orders and handle cash and POS transactions
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and adhere to responsible service guidelines
• Collaborate with floor staff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow
• Assist with inventory management, restocking, and end-of-shift bar breakdown

Requirements:

• Previous bartending or bar service experience preferred
• OLCC Alcohol Server Permit required (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Must be 21 years of age or older per Oregon state law
