Robotics Operations & Software Coordinator

Robotics Operations & Software Coordinator This is a full-time, on-site role for a Robotics Maintenance & Operations Coordinator based in the Indianapolis Metropolitan Area . You will play a critical role in ensuring continuous uptime, operational excellence & software support for advanced robotic systems deployed in warehouse environments. Bilingual (Mandarin + English) required. Responsibilities include: Execute site-specific SOPs for robotic operations and software workflows Diagnose and resolve robot errors using software tools and onsite troubleshooting Monitor and update robotics performance dashboards and reporting systems Log issues, capture photos, and document abnormal robotic behavior in ticketing/software systems Communicate findings and escalations clearly with clients and internal teams Ensure safety compliance by wearing PPE and keeping active fields hazard-free Qualifications Hands‑on troubleshooting or field tech experience with robotics or automation systems preferred Familiarity with software platforms, dashboards, or wireless networks a strong plus Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English required for client and team interactions Excellent communication, documentation, and problem‑solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Southern Arkansas University
