Strong working knowledge of employment law, including FMLA and ADA, with familiarity with DC-specific requirements and the ability to navigate state law across our distributed, multi-state workforce. Familiarity with benefits programs (medical, leave, retirement) and hands-on benefits administration experience. Comfort operating with limited guidance in a fast-changing, entrepreneurial environment, with the initiative and project management skills to juggle competing priorities. Onsite role in our Washington, D.C. office several days a week. Candidate must be able to submit verification of their legal right to work in the United States, without company sponsorship.
