Job Summary: We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality behavioral support and clinical oversight for children in school, daycare, and home-based settings. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized behavior intervention plans, supervising implementation, and collaborating with families, educators, caregivers, and other professionals to support each child's progress. This role primarily involves services delivered in schools and daycare environments, with some sessions and support provided in the home as needed. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and experienced in applying ABA principles across naturalistic and structured environments. Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans in collaboration with the therapy team Conduct assessments and analyze data to inform treatment goals and objectives Provide training and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure seamless transitions and effective program implementation Monitor and evaluate program progress, making adjustments as needed to optimize outcomes Stay current with industry best practices and evidence-based interventions, incorporating new knowledge into treatment plans Requirements: Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Hold a COBA license Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children with autism #J-18808-Ljbffr Tender Care ABA
