Manufacturing Plant HR Generalist — Payroll & People Ops

O-I in Lapel, Indiana is seeking a Plant HR Generalist to support staffing, payroll, performance management, employee development, training and succession planning. This hands-on role partners with the Plant HR Manager to implement HR processes, supervise payroll, benefits and initiatives, and to advocate for employees.
