Sales Representative

Partners Pharmacy is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join our Sales & Business Development team. This position is responsible for developing new business and promoting Partners Pharmacy services to Skilled Nursing Facilities, Long-Term Care communities, and Assisted Living communities within an assigned territory.

The ideal candidate has experience selling products or services within the skilled nursing or long-term care industry and is comfortable developing relationships with facility owners, administrators, regional leaders, and Directors of Nursing.

Responsibilities:

• Market and sell Partners Pharmacy services to Long-Term Care and Assisted Living communities within an assigned territory.
• Develop new business opportunities and build relationships with prospective customers.
• Meet or exceed established sales targets.
• Identify sales opportunities through prospecting, sales calls, networking, and written communication.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
• Present Partners Pharmacy services to senior healthcare executives and facility leadership.
• Conduct in-person and telephone-based cold calling.
• Generate daily and weekly activity reports.
• Provide regular updates to Sales & Marketing leadership.
• Attend and participate in industry trade shows.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; candidates with an MBA may be considered without prior healthcare experience.
• Experience selling products and/or services to Skilled Nursing Facilities preferred.
• Knowledge of the Long-Term Care pharmacy market and operations strongly preferred.
• Experience interacting with facility owners, regional managers, administrators, and Directors of Nursing.
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building, presentation, and communication skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and developing new business.
• Ability to meet established sales goals.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must reside within the assigned territory.
