Physical Therapist- Clinic Manager

Responsibilities Evaluate, plan, and administer treatment programs to help patients recover. Work with diverse patient specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine. Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient, empowering them to exceed their functional outcomes. Establish timely treatment plans tailored to each patient’s specific needs. Meet and exceed clinic budget goals through referral generation, increased clinic visits, and appropriate billing practices. Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, fellow clinicians, and other team members. Build and maintain relationships throughout the community. Benefits Elevated Earnings Program – earn bonuses starting at treating nine patients per day, increasing with each additional patient. Clinic Address: 2215 S Wolf Road, Hillside, IL Qualifications Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program. Management experience preferred. State licensure. Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association. Compensation & Bonus Structure Base Salary: $95,000 – $115,000+ per year (based on experience and market factors).
