Our client is a growing outpatient physical therapy group with locations across multiple states, known for strong mentorship and a genuine focus on clinician growth. They're hiring across several markets right now, staff PT, Physical Therapist Assistant, Center Manager, and a Certified Hand Therapist role.

• Physical Therapist Assistant – Castro Valley, Pinole, San Carlos and Santa Cruz, CA

• Center Manager or Physical Therapist – Elk Grove, Midtown Sacramento, Rocklin and South Land Park, CA

• Physical Therapist – Midtown Sacramento and greater Sacramento (Natomas, South Land Park, Citrus Heights), CA

What You'll Do:
Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy care with minimal supervision. Develop treatment plans, supervise assistants where applicable, and maintain accurate documentation. Follow your state Practice Act and stay current on required training (Medicare, OSHA, CPR).

What You'll Need:

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program (or equivalent for internationally trained candidates)

• Active state licensure, or eligibility, in the state you're applying for

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-based clinic setting

Compensation: Varies by role and location. Physical Therapist roles generally range $78,000–$100,000. Center Manager roles range $85,000–$120,000. Physical Therapist Assistant roles range $25–$35/hour. Exact range discussed on your call with the recruiter.
