WhatYou’llDo & The ImpactYou’llMake As a Senior Universal Banker,you’llbe thego ‑ tofinancial guide for members. You will: Lead financial conversations with members to help them navigate everyday banking, major life decisions, andlong ‑ termgoals. Build relationships that create lifelong members through trust, empathy, and outstanding service. Provide expert support on accounts, loans, digital banking tools, and personalized financial solutions. Mentor and support Universal Bankers , helping elevate the member experience and team performance. Solve problems creatively , from helping a member improve their credit to guiding them through a big purchase or budget. Drive branch success through sales, service excellence, and smartdecision ‑ making. Preference for Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English. Your impact matters. Your work directly helps build stronger membersand stronger communities. WhatYou’llBring 3+ years of sales or customer service experience (or related higher education). High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to obtainandmaintainan NMLS number . Strong communicationand interpersonal skills that reflect Summit’s positive,member ‑ focusedculture. Adaptability and sound judgment to handle unique daily challenges within established guidelines. Active listening skills and a commitment to fully understanding and resolving member needs. Ability to build relationships and communicate proactively with members andnon ‑ members. High attention to detail , with consistentfollow ‑ upandfollow ‑ through. Comfort using the Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools. Basic math skills and readiness to learn more complex financial concepts.
