Adecco is hiring a Purchasing Agent I in Fort Collins, CO. This in-person role supports daily purchasing activities in a manufacturing environment, including ordering raw materials, hardware, supplies, and outside processing services. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable communicating with suppliers, leadership, and cross-functional teams to help ensure materials are delivered accurately and on time. Pay and Schedule

• Pay: $31–$33 per hour, depending on experience
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Overtime may be required depending on client needs
• In-person position based in Fort Collins, CO

Responsibilities

• Creating and processing purchase orders accurately and on time
• Ensuring required purchase order approvals are obtained
• Tracking shipments and confirming that orders are delivered completely and on schedule
• Following up on past-due orders and critical material shortages
• Communicating shortages, gaps, and purchasing needs to leadership and cross-functional teams
• Building and maintaining supplier relationships to support quality and timely delivery
• Reviewing supplier order information to determine purchasing needs
• Helping prevent material shortages and excess inventory
• Assisting with supplier pricing negotiations and cost-effective purchasing solutions
• Maintaining accurate purchase, supplier, and transaction records in the procurement

Pay Details: $31.00 to $33.00 per hour
