We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Full Time Physical Therapist to join our team at The Springs of Batesville, located in Batesville, Arkansas. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and promoting optimal physical function and mobility.

About the Role:

As a Full Time Physical Therapist , you will be responsible for:

Evaluating and treating patients with various physical therapy needs
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals
Providing educational instruction to patients and their families on proper exercise techniques and self-care
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient progress

Requirements:

0 years of experience (new graduates welcome!)
State licensure as a Physical Therapist
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for providing high-quality patient care
