Construction Estimator position in Washington DC area
We are seeking a top-notch full-time Construction Estimator with experience.
Responsibilities:
- Build accurate, timely winning commercial construction estimates
- Communicate with vendors/suppliers for pricing information
- Work closely with project managers and preconstruction team
Requirements:
- 3+ years of commercial construction estimating experience
- We are seeking someone that is analytical, great with numbers (not sales/project management oriented) to join our team
- Bachelors in construction or equivalent working experience
- Local to DC/MD/VA area
- Stable work-history
Preferred:
- Military/DOD project experience
- Estimating software experience
