Description:
Unit performs a variety of imaging modalities.
Imaging areas include XR and CT.
Some weekend and holiday work may be required based on staffing needs.
Work is conducted in an outpatient care setting.
Common types of imaging include all XR, all CT, and various scan types.
The charting system utilized is Cerner.
Emergency response team is available 24/7.
Position operates under the supervision of a Radiology Supervisor.
Collaboration with other imaging technicians is essential.
Active participation in patient care and safety is expected.
BLS and fluoro certification are essential for employment.
