About Benji Benji is an API-first platform that enables leading reward programs and merchants to connect seamlessly so customers can verify their status/credentials, pay with points and earn points. About the role We are looking for someone in the Chicago area for a hybrid model, 2 to 3 days per week in office. The Implementation & Customer Success Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful rollout of the Benji platform to enterprise partners. This role ensures smooth onboarding, implementation, and adoption of the platform while managing strategic relationships with enterprise clients and partners, and growing what each partner does on the platform over time. You will work cross-functionally with product, sales, engineering, and support teams to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. Implementation & rollout Lead end-to-end enterprise platform deployments, ensuring smooth configuration, data mapping, and integrations. Own the launch plan from kickoff through UAT to go-live, keeping every dependency on track to the target date. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders on the partner side to align technical and operational requirements. Develop and execute implementation roadmaps, milestones, and success criteria. Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve rollout processes. Customer & partner management Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise partners once they are live. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term success and product adoption. Drive partner adoption of new features and capabilities. Expand each account by bringing new partnerships onto the platform. Training and technical guidance Conduct training sessions for partner teams and provide ongoing support post-implementation. Provide technical and operational guidance to partners, helping them use the platform effectively to drive business impact. Cross-functional collaboration Work closely with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure a seamless partner experience. Serve as a structured feedback channel to Product, translating what you see in integrations and with live partners into signal that shapes the roadmap. What we’re looking for 5+ years experience in a client-facing role leading software implementation, customer success, or program management, ideally in a technical or platform environment. Comfortable operating between technical and business stakeholders, and credible in a technical conversation. Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders, including executives and technical teams. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a partner-centric mindset. Bonus: familiarity with loyalty programs and loyalty or rewards technology.
