Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Chemical Operator in the New Albany, Ohio area. As a part of our coatings department, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process of caps for bath and body products. Your main responsibilities will include operating machinery that paints the caps, troubleshooting machinery issues, swapping out paint buckets, and accurately mixing, weighing, and measuring paint.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery for painting caps.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machinery issues.
• Swap out paint buckets in machinery.
• Mix, weigh, and measure paint accurately.

Essential Skills

• Attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn.
• Mechanically inclined.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in compounding/mixing.
• Experience in machine operation.

Work Environment

Work in a clean manufacturing environment where safety is a priority. Safety glasses are required, and some areas necessitate the use of hair nets, beard nets, and steel-toed boots. Shifts available are: 1st shift from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, Mid shift from 12:30 PM to 9 PM, 2nd shift from 2 PM to 10:30 PM, and 3rd shift from 10 PM to 6:30 AM.

This is a Permanent position based out of Johnstown, OH.

The pay range for this position is $40560.00 - $56160.00/yr.
