Position Available We are currently looking for an Associate Dentist to work on Saturdays only to become part of our expanding team. Support our mission of providing exceptional dental care within the community and assist us in creating more smiles and unforgettable experiences for both children and adults. Enjoy working with children, who represent over 70% of our patient demographic. Responsibilities As an Associate Dentist, you will provide dental services to patients with the assistance of your team. Our practice is equipped with: DentaPro software Digital x-ray and Panorex systems Fiber-optic handpieces Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training A support ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider A patient demographic primarily consisting of ages 3-21, with up to 30% adults depending on the location An office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors What We Offer A guaranteed base pay of $106.25 per hour with unlimited earning potential No lab fees Full-time providers can access Medical/Dental/Vision insurance plans, HSA/FSA Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, along with Basic Life Insurance, covered by the organization 401(k) Retirement Plan Company-paid malpractice insurance Paid holidays and time off Reimbursement for Continuing Education Continuing Education opportunities through an ADA Accredited Continuing Education Recognition Program (C.E.R.P) Reimbursement for relevant licenses, certifications, and professional dues, including memberships in ADA and/or AAPD Flexible scheduling options to support a healthy work/life balance Visa and Green Card sponsorship available Qualifications We expect you to possess: A DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation A current, valid dental license in the states where you will provide care or eligibility for licensure Any additional certifications as required, such as CPR and DEA Nitrous Oxide certification (only applicable in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA) A compassionate nature and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults We prioritize teamwork, mutual respect, and collaboration.
