Neonatal Pediatric Respiratory Therapist

Mission Health seeks a Neonatal Pediatric Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide advanced respiratory care to newborns and pediatric patients in a high-acuity hospital setting. This role performs patient assessments, develops and implements ventilator and oxygen therapy plans, manages neonatal and pediatric ventilators, and responds to respiratory emergencies. The RRT collaborates closely with neonatologists, pediatricians, and NICU/PICU nurses, educates families, and documents care accurately.
