Master's Level Clinician - South Mountain Recovery Health Center

Seeking a Master's Level Clinician to join our interdisciplinary clinical team working with individuals diagnosed with a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or General Mental Health diagnosis under Court Ordered Treatment at our South Mountain Recovery Health Center.HOPE ~ HEALTH ~ HEALINGFull-Time Employed: 40 hours/weekM - F ScheduleLocation: 3540 E Baseline Rd UNIT 150, Phoenix, AZ 85042Essential Duties:Conducts assessments or screenings with clients to evaluate the nature of their presenting problems in order to determine their needs and develop appropriate treatment plan goals.Develops and provides individual treatment plans; monitors, evaluates and documents client’s progress.May have responsibility for intake documentation.
