In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:


Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer


Your contribution to the team:


Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
A passion for design and hands-on coding experience
A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders

Required Skill and Experience


Proficiency in Java, or JavaScript for data manipulation and system integration.


Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure


Experience with ticketing systems like Jira.

Experience in maintaining current system stability and implementing small-scale improvements

Experience managing Kafka clusters across multiple environments

Proficiency in Python and shell scripting for automation

Hands-on experience with Prometheus, OpenSearch, and Grafana for monitoring and alerting

Understanding of CI/CD principles using Azure DevOps

Experience with GitHub version control and branching strategies

Familiarity with infrastructure maintenance and incident management


Preferred Skill and Experience


Familiarity with Apache Airflow
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills


Additional Required Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
