Responsibilities: Provide attentive, loving daily care for infants and one-year-old toddlers in a safe classroom environment Implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans that support early childhood development Monitor and document each child's developmental milestones and daily progress Maintain open, consistent communication with parents and guardians regarding their child's day Ensure classroom cleanliness, safety, and compliance with childcare health standards Follow proper diapering, feeding, and nap-time routines for infants and toddlers Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a positive, enriching learning environment Requirements: Previous experience working with infants and/or toddlers in a licensed childcare or early education setting Knowledge of infant and toddler developmental stages and best practices CDA credential, early childhood education coursework, or equivalent experience preferred Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to pass a background check in accordance with Georgia childcare licensing requirements Patient, compassionate, and nurturing demeanor with a genuine love for working with young children Strong communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships with families About Us: Child Care Management Inc, operating as North Point Prep, has been a trusted name in quality early childhood education in the Alpharetta, GA community.
