Internal Medicine Physician – Outpatient Primary Care

We are seeking a Spanish-speaking, Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our team and provide exceptional patient care. Position Overview
The Internal Medicine Physician will manage a caseload of approximately 17-25 patients daily, providing comprehensive primary care services to a predominantly Spanish-speaking patient population. This is a purely outpatient role with no in-patient responsibilities, allowing you to focus on continuity of care and preventive health.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary care and preventative health services to adult patients.
• Manage a daily caseload of approximately 17-25 patients.
• Collaborate with Medical Assistants, Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants, and administrative staff to deliver patient-centered care.
• Participate in clinical discussions, coordinate patient care plans, and utilize best practices to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Active licensure in the state of New York.
• Fluency in Spanish (required).
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $220,000 - $250,000 per year, based on experience.
