A growing healthcare company in West End Nashville, TN is currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join their Oncology Clinics full-time! Position: Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire Setting: Outpatient Oncology Clinics Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience + outstanding benefits package Position Overview The Oncology Registered Nurse provides safe, high-quality patient care throughout the cancer treatment journey, from diagnosis through survivorship or end-of-life care. This role partners closely with providers to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while helping patients manage their treatment and maintain independence. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in collaboration with physicians and the care team Review and verify patient information prior to appointments Assess and manage symptoms related to cancer treatment and disease progression Perform telephone triage and patient education Start peripheral IVs and manage central venous access devices, including implanted ports Qualifications Active Tennessee RN license or Compact RN license in good standing Minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse experience Oncology, chemotherapy, or outpatient clinic experience preferred If you're looking to join a respected oncology team with an excellent work-life balance and outstanding benefits, we'd love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
