Warehouse Associate – Night Shift

Pay Rate: $22.70/hour (includes shift differential)
Schedule: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM, rotating schedule including weekends

JOB SUMMARY

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, palletizing, and preparing customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced distribution environment. The position requires the use of RF scanning technology, attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality procedures, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process customer orders by scanning barcodes, picking products, labeling boxes, and preparing shipments.
• Pick and pack orders accurately using RF technology.
• Complete required RF device training and maintain the appropriate system profiles.
• Verify order accuracy and properly package shipments.
• Build and re-palletize pallets for shipment.
• Scan completed pallets and operate shrink-wrapping equipment when required.
• Transport pallets using motorized material-handling equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
• Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP), SOPs, work instructions, and quality requirements.
• Follow all safety and security procedures and immediately report injuries, accidents, hazards, unsafe conditions, or suspicious activity.
• Maintain required training, including C2C training modules.
• Cross-train in other warehouse functions and provide backup support when needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma, GED, or at least 1 year of relevant experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Experience with Walkie Rider/motorized pallet jacks preferred.
• Ability to operate MHE and use Voice/RF scanners when required.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret distribution documents.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively with others and under minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a metrics-driven distribution environment.
• Basic analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• General knowledge of warehouse/distribution operations.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must maintain reliable attendance and follow attendance policies.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The position requires frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling, grasping, twisting, and lifting. The associate may also perform repetitive hand and finger movements and may occasionally be required to climb. The position involves working around moving mechanical equipment and may require lifting up to 50 pounds.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Candidates may start pending completion of the required criminal background checks.

• Weekend work is required as part of the rotating schedule.
