Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)

Schedule 3x12 days (7a-7p), rotating weekends. Job Type Full Time | Days Location Cottonwood Springs Job Title Behavioral Health Technician Responsibilities Support the therapeutic milieu under RN direction, ensuring the schedule/program is delivered, supervising patients, maintaining safety, and treating patients and guests with respect and dignity. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. CPR and de‑escalation certification required within 30 days of hire. Previous experience in a psychiatric health‑care facility with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, or geriatric patients preferred. 1 year of experience in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
