Parts Sales Representative

We are looking for an experienced Parts Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a high energy level, positive attitude, desire to work in a fast-paced environment, and a valid drivers license. At least 2 years of Parts Sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
• Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock
• Complete special order part request for the customer
• Communicate with customer on parts status
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist technicians, service advisors and walk-in customers by providing pricing and availability as needed
• Accurately order and track needed parts
• Answer phone calls providing assistance and prices as needed
• Process and organize orders for delivery or pick-up
• Ensures all cash, credit, charge and tax exempt sales are processed as required
• Receive and ship parts in accordance with company policies
• Restock inventory daily
• Ensures all returned parts are properly tracked and identified
• Conduct assigned daily perpetual inventory audits
• Keeping things in neat and orderly fashion
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• GM Parts Experience is preferred
• Able to work flexible schedules and some Saturdays
• Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
• Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
