Scandinavian Market LLC is growing, and we are looking for passionate, reliable, and hospitality-focused team members to join our teams across multiple locations, including our cafés, restaurants, catering operations, and event spaces.
We are currently hiring for the following positions:
- Servers – Provide exceptional guest service, create memorable dining experiences, and support smooth service from start to finish.
- Lead Servers – Take on a leadership role during service, support fellow team members, assist with training, and help ensure excellent guest experiences.
- Bussers – Support the service team by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our guests.
- Dishwashers – Keep kitchen operations running smoothly by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficient kitchen support.
Scandinavian Market LLC operates hospitality concepts inspired by Scandinavian culture, food, and community. Our locations include restaurants, cafés, catering operations, and event spaces where we focus on creating warm, welcoming experiences for our guests.
Availability RequirementFlexible availability is required for all positions. Applicants must be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, as our busiest service periods often occur during these times. Weekend availability is an essential requirement for these roles.

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required for all positions. We welcome applicants at different experience levels and will place candidates based on their skills, experience, and interests.
