Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.70 / Hour Job Schedule Tue: 05:30 PM - 11:30 PM Wed: 05:30 PM - 11:30 PM Thur: 05:30 PM - 11:30 PM Fri: 05:30 PM - 11:30 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to members, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Manage the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identification and access authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests in accordance with site procedures. Monitor lobby activity, access points, alarm notifications, and surveillance systems as assigned, and report unusual activity or security-related concerns. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and notification procedures. Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while providing professional communication in person, by phone, and through electronic systems. Minimum Requirements Possess at least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
