CUSTOMER BILLING CLERK
Jackson Center, OH
6-week contract with likelihood to extend and/or hire on full time
$20-22/hr
Job Description:
The Customer Billing Clerk is responsible for being the face of the service department for customers and helping with the customers’ product experience.
Job Summary & Responsibilities:
Key Job Responsibilities:
-Process and finalize customer service orders and invoices for labor and material-Process interplant transfers
-Update customers when service work is completed, advise on invoice charges, arrange pick‐up dates, and mail copies of invoices upon request
-Review and finalize monthly reports for the Service Department-Maintain accurate filing system of all service records and invoices
-Process and finalize inventory
-Handle phone calls coming into the department-Assist customers with sales in the Retail Store; utilize online parts catalog to look up part numbers, etc.
Qualifications & Requirements:
-Associate’s Degree in Accounting OR equivalent combination of education and experience-Intermediate computer, telephone, fax machine, copier, and digital camera skills
-Ability to maintain clear communication across various departments.
