Job Description The Honeywell Aerospace Customer Service Representative (CSR) for the C‑5 / C‑130 programs serves as a dedicated customer support resource responsible for ensuring seamless execution of order management, customer communication, and reporting activities. This role is aligned to customer‑funded program requirements and supports program execution, operational coordination, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Serve as primary customer contact, manage inquiries, and provide support calls and updates. Manage order lifecycle in SAP: process changes, expedite, resolve discrepancies. Liaise with Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Contracts to ensure execution. Deliver status updates and maintain visibility of performance. Manage escalations and coordinate cross‑functional solutions. Identify and drive improvements in customer and operational processes. Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

High School Diploma or GED 5+ years experience with SAP, order management, Excel, and reporting tools.
